Lackeby´s new Heat exchanger Air/ Water upgrades WWTP in Sweden
The new generation of the Lackeby heat exchanger, HAW 250 has been installed at Färjestadens WWTP in Sweden. The hot air passes through the cooling battery, where the cooling water circulates in copper coils for an efficient recovery of the hot air. It will drastically extend the life of the rubber membranes and save on the maintenance costs. The heated cooling water can then be used in the plant where needed.
